We had the Pleasure of having one of our favorite photographers Alisha from Oakstream Photography in our store.  As always she did an amazing job at showcasing the details and ambiance of the store!  In a world focused all about price, it's refreshing to know that we understand price, but we also understand the ROMANCE & EMOTION with buying a piece of jewelry and the experience in and of it's self,  It's an experience that should ignite passion back into a relationship when talked about even if its 60 years down the road!  an experience that when shared with your children, grandchildren, or even great grandchildren, can showcase true love, devotion and happiness to them. 
     I still to this day remember the stories of how my grandparents met, their first date, how he PURPOSED and truthfully I feel that "the Magic is in the Telling"!  so when it comes to you and your true love, let The Diamond Gallery be apart of your love story!

The Engagement Ring Difference

I've been asked alot lately what makes " my store"  different from any other jewelry store.  Well  lets start off with what i have in common with other jewelry stores.  I carry a large selection of Engagement and bridal jewelry,  i carry loose diamonds, watches, glass beads, diamond bands, necklaces, earrings, gemstone jewelry, we custom design,  we have a full service repair center to fix any piece of jewelry you may have. 

     Now for the difference, Our designer BASHOURA is exclusive to our store, our competitors do not, and  can not carry our designer,  What does this mean to you as a customer?  well this means you get a unique hand crafted piece of jewelry, that not everyone in town can have.  Bashoura designs and manufactures his jewelry right here in the UNITED STATES!  Why is this important?  Well it allows us to support our own economy, we get to have alot more say when we produce a design, we can control the quality of the materials used, for instance we can control the quality of gold and diamonds making sure that our diamonds are near colorless, and with few internal characteristics.   Bashoura has also created a jewelry line that allows us to customize each design to fit each couples specific taste.   with this new design line we are also rotating our inventory every year to drop certain styles and to bring in a new line.  this helps us at the diamond gallery by lowering the number of customers that will purchase the same ring.  we started rotating our inventory last year, and i have not had a single customer come to me and say did you know i saw my ring on another girls hand the other day. 
     Our exclusive life time warranty.  We offer a free yes i said free life time warranty.  our designer understands that when an engagement ring is purchased its a gift that should last a life time,  so he is backing his product with a life time manufacture defect warranty,  as well with our in house life time warranty that makes sure if you have a problem with your ring that is not due to normal wear and tear, we will fix the ring,  if a diamond is lost ( up to a .30 ct) we will replace it for free with equal or better quality.  we do not sell a REPAIR POLICY.   we feel that if know we have superior quality in our jewelry, then we do not need to sell our customers an additional warranty.  We at the Diamond Gallery feel that if a piece of jewelry needs a separate repair plan then you should not be buying that piece of jewelry, buy a piece of jewelry that comes with a free warranty. Our research shows that most of our competitors only offer a 1 year limited warranty unless you purchase a diamond. unlike most jewelry stores we will also give the life time warranty even if you have purchased a synthetic diamond, or set a colored or colorless gemstone in the mounting of your choice.  it is not uncommon to purchase the mounting she loves now, and to get the diamond a year down the road.
    no pressure sales staff.  I would love for every couple to have a Diamond Gallery Designer engagement ring on their hand, but that does not mean i am going to pressure you into purchasing a ring from me,  we encourage couples to look around and to look at the options.  we are confident in our product we don't have to lie, or pressure you like a sharky used car salesman. 
    we educate you about what you are buying.  i know that other jewelry stores educate as well, but we try to not give you the same routine,  we encourage questions, and in today's age i know more than every customers are going online to find information.  and it makes since the Internet is a fast and easy way to gain information, but if you need questions answered or help sorting through the information we are here to help. 

    Most important, buying a ring is supposed to be about the love and romance.  its a special and memorable experience,  we strive to become friends with each of our customers,  we love getting to know each and every person,  and their love story.  Our stores "Theme" if you will is "THE MAGIC IS IN THE TELLING".  you know that when you get engaged you are going to be telling your friends, family, and everybody you see.  there is so much excitement and emotion there as well,  well we share our couples stories with other couples as well.  its part of our history and yours.  and there is nothing better then saying to a couple " They met on a blind date" 

          It's refreshing to know that love happens anywhere and to everyone!

OUR NEW LOCATION

we are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new location!  most of the details are done, just waiting on some canvas from our favorite photographer Cache Valley's own "Oakstream Photography".  so lets tell you a little bit about the new store.
     We have doubled our showroom square footage, this allowed us to more then double our inventory truly making The Diamond Gallery " Utah's Engagement Ring Specialist",  we have launched a full line of watches, new diamond bands, earrings, necklaces and pendants, bracelets, and so much more.  we have a new colorful gemstone line coming soon.  with thousands of loose gems and mounting.   we have added an additional 100 men's tungsten bands, as well as special order,  tungsten bands start at 140.00 and work up the price scale stopping at 1,000.00. 
     we have a full service repair center,  we have always done repair on jewelry, but now we have so much more to offer, we also have a watch specialist who is certified to work on some of the biggest brands like Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Beaudry, Bulova, Citizen, fossil, and so much more.  Have a grandfather clock that needs cleaned or serviced let us know, we do that to.
    My personal goal with the new building was to bring exceptional customer service back to Cache Valley!

The Purpose of having this wall is to showcase that "LOVE" Happens everywhere,  and to everyone.  we find love amazing and the stories even more magical.  one of my favorite things about the diamond gallery is that i could pick a couple off the wall and tell you something about them, i would know a small piece of their story after all your more then just a customer when your at The Diamond Gallery

Had the pleasure of helping a couple upgrade their diamond. They had a bad experience when purchasing the diamond, and now she is going to love her ring! I tell every person who comes into my store my biggest thing is that they love their ring, but I also share our upgrade policy. I know what it was like to be young(er) and to buy what I could afford. After five years of Marriage we upgraded mandys ring and she loves it. Some girls tell me they don't love their ring, but they would never upgrade because they don't want to seem high maintanence I am here to tell you it's more common then not. I have had several couples say they get a carat for every ten years so by the time they have been married for 50 years she would have a 5.0 carat or larger. Now an upgrade can be as simple as getting a better color or clarity diamond, upgrading the size, or both. But it could be upgrading the entire ring mounting and all! So don't be afraid of the upgrade! And if you didn't buy your ring from our store ask us how we can help make your upgrade possible

     Hi,

     I just wanted to tell you a little about our store.   The Diamond Gallery has been in business in Logan Utah since 2004.  When the diamond gallery opened its doors it had one goal in mind, to help northern Utah, and southern Idaho couples find the perfect engagement ring!  In July of 2010 The Diamond Gallery went under new ownership.  The new owners set out with the same goal, but they also wanted to bring some other important items to their store like, Customer Satisfaction, a high standard of quality, unique and timeless styles and design, Jewelry that is proudly designed and manufactured in the United States, and affordability!

My name is Blake Ostler, my wife Amanda and I are the new owners of The Diamond Gallery, we both grew up here in cache valley, and we love the culture, the community.  We both went to Sky View High School, I cannot say that we were high school sweet hearts, but it was close.  By fate one summer night I was cruising the streets of Logan, and ran back into her, we reconnected as friends, and I am proud to say she will always be my best friend.  After dating for several months, I knew she was the love of my life.  I put things into the works, we went ring shopping together, like most couples do these days,  we found the perfect setting, and I bought the engagement ring.  For those of you that don’t know me, I am quite the jokester!  I had told Mandy that I was not able to purchase the ring, and I could not get the help from my parents.  I tell you what I have never been good at keeping secrets, and I took that ring with me everywhere I went.  Finally I had figured out the perfect way to ask her, and then a simple conversation hit me right in the face!  We were getting close to Valentines Day, and I was asking her for ideas on what to get her.  She in response said "NOTHING!  I absoulty Hate Valentines day.' and that’s when the lights came on.  So with the help of one of our close friends, and some family on February 14 2005 I asked her to marry me!  Six Months later on a rather cold fall afternoon we were married!  In the short six years that we have been together life has taken us on quite the journey.  We have lived in some beautiful areas, saw some amazing things, and grew together even more!  On June third 2009 we were blessed with our beautiful little girl Hayden Alexis Ostler, she was born in phoenix Arizona, and we moved back to cache valley shortly after!  I was working at a local big box store when I ran into Brian and Kathleen smith (the previous owners), they had expressed that they might be hiring, so I turned in my resume, and started working for them as a store manager shortly after!  I have always been in some sort of management position, so it was nothing new to me, but what really got me hooked was hearing the stories, seeing the emotions, and feeling that love every single day!   So when I was offered the opportunity to purchase the store it was a no brainer, of course I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing something I love!  Shortly after I bought the store we put in the plan to expand, and to bring great things to cache valley.  I am proud to say that here in the short future our new building will be complete; we have almost tripled our inventory, enlarged our jewelry repair program, and have really put the focus on catering to our customers and friends!

I would like to express great thanks to my amazing wife, who thought I was crazy for buying the store, but has never once stepped away from my side in the process, to my sister Amelia for watching our Hayden bug all the time for us, to my mom, thank you for all the help, the hard work, and thank you for teaching me about work ethic, and morals when I was younger.  And thank you to my entire family, you all have in some way helped me make my dreams come true!   and last but not least  THANK YOU to each and every customer, friend, fan, and person who has been apart of our history, or has let the diamond gallery be apart of yours.  We look forward to serving you and your family from generation to generation!  The Diamond Gallery, A familiar face and a store you can trust!
