I've been asked alot lately what makes " my store" different from any other jewelry store. Well lets start off with what i have in common with other jewelry stores. I carry a large selection of Engagement and bridal jewelry, i carry loose diamonds, watches, glass beads, diamond bands, necklaces, earrings, gemstone jewelry, we custom design, we have a full service repair center to fix any piece of jewelry you may have.
Now for the difference, Our designer BASHOURA is exclusive to our store, our competitors do not, and can not carry our designer, What does this mean to you as a customer? well this means you get a unique hand crafted piece of jewelry, that not everyone in town can have. Bashoura designs and manufactures his jewelry right here in the UNITED STATES! Why is this important? Well it allows us to support our own economy, we get to have alot more say when we produce a design, we can control the quality of the materials used, for instance we can control the quality of gold and diamonds making sure that our diamonds are near colorless, and with few internal characteristics. Bashoura has also created a jewelry line that allows us to customize each design to fit each couples specific taste. with this new design line we are also rotating our inventory every year to drop certain styles and to bring in a new line. this helps us at the diamond gallery by lowering the number of customers that will purchase the same ring. we started rotating our inventory last year, and i have not had a single customer come to me and say did you know i saw my ring on another girls hand the other day. Our exclusive life time warranty. We offer a free yes i said free life time warranty. our designer understands that when an engagement ring is purchased its a gift that should last a life time, so he is backing his product with a life time manufacture defect warranty, as well with our in house life time warranty that makes sure if you have a problem with your ring that is not due to normal wear and tear, we will fix the ring, if a diamond is lost ( up to a .30 ct) we will replace it for free with equal or better quality. we do not sell a REPAIR POLICY. we feel that if know we have superior quality in our jewelry, then we do not need to sell our customers an additional warranty. We at the Diamond Gallery feel that if a piece of jewelry needs a separate repair plan then you should not be buying that piece of jewelry, buy a piece of jewelry that comes with a free warranty. Our research shows that most of our competitors only offer a 1 year limited warranty unless you purchase a diamond. unlike most jewelry stores we will also give the life time warranty even if you have purchased a synthetic diamond, or set a colored or colorless gemstone in the mounting of your choice. it is not uncommon to purchase the mounting she loves now, and to get the diamond a year down the road.
no pressure sales staff. I would love for every couple to have a Diamond Gallery Designer engagement ring on their hand, but that does not mean i am going to pressure you into purchasing a ring from me, we encourage couples to look around and to look at the options. we are confident in our product we don't have to lie, or pressure you like a sharky used car salesman.
we educate you about what you are buying. i know that other jewelry stores educate as well, but we try to not give you the same routine, we encourage questions, and in today's age i know more than every customers are going online to find information. and it makes since the Internet is a fast and easy way to gain information, but if you need questions answered or help sorting through the information we are here to help.
Most important, buying a ring is supposed to be about the love and romance. its a special and memorable experience, we strive to become friends with each of our customers, we love getting to know each and every person, and their love story. Our stores "Theme" if you will is "THE MAGIC IS IN THE TELLING". you know that when you get engaged you are going to be telling your friends, family, and everybody you see. there is so much excitement and emotion there as well, well we share our couples stories with other couples as well. its part of our history and yours. and there is nothing better then saying to a couple " They met on a blind date"
